Student Accounts and Visa Advisor (all genders) Part-time (30 h/w) in Vienna, Austria

Your responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end process for new students 
  • Contact point for all new applicants (finance questions and visa questions)
  • Manage, process and communicate charged, received and outstanding tuition fees and other payments 
  • Provide clear and accurate visa advisory services to students via phone, video call and email
  • Track and manage outstanding visa cases
  • Handle customer service inquiries related to visa applications in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations and requirements
  • Ensure all documentation and information are accurately recorded and maintained
  • Support orientation week (student arrival)
  • Produce reports on payment and visa statuses
Your profile
  • University degree preferred
  • Proven work experience in customer service 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident and comfortable making direct phone calls to students
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Experience in visa coordination or a related field is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German B2 (active spoken language skills) is requirement 
  • Strong communication skills, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements
  • Secure user of MS 365 products 
  • Valid work permit in Austria
