Your responsibilities
  • Create meaningful experiences and relationships through various communication channels (online, offline) and plan, design and conduct activities with prospective students and involved stakeholders, i.e., parents, school counsellors, agents, educational partners.
  • Maintain and engage with a pipeline of potential candidates efficiently through Modul University’s customer relationship management system to maximize application submissions.
  • Answer front-line enquiries from prospective students, including the management of outbound calling campaigns to support progression through the applicant lifecycle. 
  • Collect insights and information on the applicant and use this information to enhance the applicant experience. 
  • Contribute to producing reports on leads and prospective students. 
  • Suggest improvements to the automation and measurement of our lead generation process.
  • Develop, operationalize and conduct selected recruitment activities in collaboration with internal and external partners, such as Online Events, Open Days, Schools Tours in Austria and abroad. 
  • Identify recruitment opportunities and represent Modul University at global recruitment fairs and events. 
  • Develop relationships and communicate with external partners, such as educational agents and school counsellors, to support the recruiting process. 
  • Manage and actively shape MU’s profile in strategic networks (i.e., EUC, IACAC, CIS)
Your profile
  • University degree or equivalent. 
  • Ideally a minimum of two years' full-time relevant work experience, preferably in higher education or familiarity with a university environment. 
  • Effective communicator who likes working with people. 
  • Strong organizational skills, proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and multitask. 
  • Effective planning and time management skills. 
  • Proactive, agile and engaged attitude with a business & results-driven mindset. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (at C-level) are a must and German are an asset. 
  • Willingness to travel abroad, typically up to maximum of 2 weeks at a time. 
  • IT affinity and excellent knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and Outlook. 
  • Valid work permit in Austria.
