Job position and department´s overview

Your responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver large-scale, student-focused events, such as Orientation Week, International Day, Student Clubs Fair, Study Trips, as well as scholarship program initiatives and other development-related projects.
  • Oversee and manage the student club system and mentoring service, including the creation of regular performance and participation reports.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize a comprehensive and coherent student database for effective administration and decision-making.
  • Manage communication channels (e.g., newsletters, social media), create visually appealing basic promotional materials aligned with branding standards to engage students, scholarship recipients, and corporate partners effectively.
  • Support students through mentoring and event coordination.
  • Support scholarship program administration, maintain and expand partner and alumni databases, and foster stakeholder relationships to enhance student satisfaction and enrollment growth.
  • Collaborate closely with and actively contribute to the initiatives and daily operations of the International Relations & Student Services Office
  • Support and contribute to the successful delivery of major university events, including the Modul Business Championship, Summer Schools, and Startup Nights.
  • Oversee and execute administrative tasks within the Student Services Center (SSC), ensuring efficient operations and compliance with university procedures.
Your profile
  • Ideally a minimum of 1 year full-time relevant work experience, preferably in student engagement or HR services.
  • Strong organizational skills, proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and multitask
  • Effective planning and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German (optional). 
  • IT affinity and excellent knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Valid work permit in Austria.

Further information
We offer a fixed-term employment contract for one year which can be extended subject to the mutual satisfaction of the parties. The position can be filled from September 1, 2025.
